This is a critical part of the loan process which enables the loan to be funded in a timely manner without any delays.  If the purchased property is financed, several legal documents will be within the closing package which may include a Deed of Trust, Mortgage, and among others.  These documents detail the legal description of the property, the purchase price, interest rate, and repayment period among other items.  These documents are required to be signed, executed, and notarized by a Notary Signing Agent authorized from the State to perform loan signing transactions.  These documents are then recorded with the Court.
